Troy Michigan is a beautiful city in Oakland county in Michigan’s U.S. state. The population was 75,717 at the 2020 census, placing it the seventh most populous city in this county and the fourth most populous city in the state.

Small towns in Michigan are wonderful, but the larger cities can be overwhelming. However, Troy Michigan has been growing rapidly over the past few years and now ranks fourth in its metro area. Troy was incorporated in 1950 and is home to some of the oldest skyscrapers in Michigan and is also the headquarters for the University of Michigan and Chrysler.
